The fantastical thing about sign making is that there are no limits to creativity and production. Good sign makers must be skilled and creative at computer work, engineering, woodworking, painting/finishing, fine carpentry, construction, electrical, lighting, metal work, stonework, sign techniques like gold leaf and smalts, plastics, etc. The goal is to create something beautiful, interesting and effective that will last a long time.
